IT Coordinator
Would you like to be part of developing digital working methods in an organization of public importance? We are now seeking a structured, communicative, and solutions-oriented IT Coordinator who wants to help ensure that our IT support is secure, fit-for-purpose, and creates real value in our operations. About the role As an IT Coordinator, you will have a central role at the intersection of operations, IT operations, IT, and external vendors. You function as an important link between our internal needs and the IT solutions required for the organization to operate efficiently, securely, and sustainably. In this role, you are responsible for coordinating, developing, and following up on the organization's IT-related needs. You work closely with the operations team, vendors, and the IT department at Härjedalen Municipality as well as IT departments/functions in Berg and Bräcke to ensure that IT support functions, develops, and complies with applicable requirements for security, architecture, and governance. The role also includes support in implementing new systems and working methods as well as work with documentation, information security, and equipment needs. As an IT Coordinator, you will also follow up on deliveries, contracts, and service quality, contribute to information security and data protection work, and coordinate IT equipment and hardware needs with vendors. Responsibilities As a planning architect at Härjedalens kommun, your main task is to work with developing and processing detailed plans to enable the municipality's continued growth. You have important responsibility for the entire planning process, from early stages to completed detailed plan, and you work in close dialogue with colleagues, developers, and other stakeholders.
