We're Seeking a Sous Chef to Drive Change
Stenungsbadens kitchen is embarking on a rapid and exciting development journey. Now we're looking for a Sous Chef who wants to lead the way – someone who drives, develops, and takes responsibility, not someone who waits for others to do it.
As Sous Chef, you'll work closely with the Head Chef and be a central part of the kitchen's leadership. You'll help shape everything from quality and workflows to team spirit and culture.
The Role
As Sous Chef with us, you're responsible for:
- Leading service and ensuring quality in every dish
- Creating structure and order in the kitchen
- Planning and following up on operations, prep, and logistics
- Coaching and developing the team
- Contributing ideas, improvements, and energy to the daily work
You're a present leader who can both be operational in the kitchen and see the bigger picture.
