Stenungsbaden is growing, and we're now looking for a head server for our restaurant Captains Table – where the energy of America's East Coast meets the relaxed charm of Sweden's West Coast.

We're looking for you if you:
Are passionate about creating fantastic guest experiences and strong team spirit.
Have experience in leadership roles within restaurants and enjoy coaching your team.
Have a natural sense of hospitality and are confident in taking initiative.
Are flexible and solution-oriented – you see opportunities where others see obstacles.
Have an eye for detail and know that the little extra makes all the difference.
Your responsibilities will include:
Taking overall responsibility for the restaurant's delivery during your shift – from service flow to guest experience.
Greeting and seating guests with warmth and professionalism.
Leading and inspiring the restaurant team to ensure top-class service.
Working closely with the kitchen and restaurant manager to continuously develop our offerings.
Monitoring the service flow and ensuring everything runs smoothly – even during the most intense evenings.

Stenungsbaden is a magical place. Close to the sea, just a stone's throw from the dock and the salty waters of Bohuslän, our jewel encompasses 214 rooms, Bluewater Sports & Health Club, conference and event spaces for up to 1,500 people, and our restaurants Captains Table and the summer restaurant Kookaburra on the pier. We also have several bars and energizing outdoor spaces. Our guests come here to enjoy experiences and activities and to unwind. All framed by a wonderful view over Hakefjorden and the open sea.

Employment type: Permanent employment at 100% (6-month probationary period) Working hours distributed across weekdays & weekends.
