As Sous Chef, you'll work closely with the Head Chef and be a central part of the kitchen's leadership. You'll help shape everything from quality and workflows to team spirit and culture. We're looking for you if you: Are passionate about creating fantastic guest experiences and strong team spirit. Have experience in leadership roles within restaurants and enjoy coaching your team. Have a natural sense of hospitality and are confident in taking initiative. Are flexible and solution-oriented – you see opportunities where others see obstacles. Your responsibilities will include: Taking overall responsibility for the restaurant's delivery during your shift – from service flow to guest experience.
