JOB DUTIES As a Social Responsibility Coordinator (SAS), you have a central and strategic role in ensuring quality, monitoring, and developing operations within social services. You work comprehensively and support the administration and operations with knowledge, guidance, and development of procedures and processes. The role includes ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and guidelines, as well as supporting operations in providing high-quality services to our residents. The role also includes responsibility as Data Protection Officer. Your job duties include, among other things: • Monitor and quality-assure operations based on legislation, regulations, and guidelines. • Develop and implement policy documents, procedures, and guidelines to ensure legal certainty and quality. • Support and train employees and managers in quality assurance and development matters. • Conduct risk analyses and manage deviations and complaints. • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and improve operations. • Monitor legislation and practice, and inform the organization of relevant changes. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who has: • A degree in social work or other education that can be assessed as equivalent based on the assignment • Experience working within social services or other relevant operations • Good knowledge of social services legislation, such as SoL, LVU, and LSS • Good ability to express yourself in speech and writing • Experience working as an SAS is considered a merit • Experience in quality development, monitoring, and analysis is a merit To thrive and succeed in this role, you are a structured and analytical person with a solution-oriented approach. You have a good ability to create overview and understand the complexity of an organization. Furthermore, you are pedagogical and enjoy a role where you get to support and guide others.
