Day Care: Contribute to social community through activities such as coffee breaks, bingo, reading aloud, and pleasant walks. Meals and Shopping Group: Deliver meal boxes and food baskets to care recipients – perfect for you if you thrive in an active role (B driving license for manual car required). Personal Assistance: Provide individual support based on the care recipient's needs to create independence and participation in everyday life. Disability Services: Work at group housing or short-term housing and create a safe environment for people of different ages. You are at least 18 years old, have a genuine interest in people, are service-oriented, responsible, and good at collaboration and communication in Swedish. Previous experience, ongoing or completed care education is a plus. For certain positions, a driver's license is required. Ardalagården is an assisted living facility for seniors located in central Ardala, just outside Skara. The Work You will perform tasks related to personal care, nursing care, and documentation, as well as delegated health and medical duties. The work is varied, and you will work both independently and with colleagues. Who Are You? To succeed in this role, you should have a genuine interest in care and support work and maintain a high level of service and professional conduct. We encourage individual autonomy through attentiveness and respect. It is important that you can build trusting relationships with people, demonstrate high flexibility, and collaborate effectively with others.
