Ardalagården is an assisted living facility for seniors located in central Ardala, just outside Skara. The Work You will perform tasks related to personal care, nursing care, and documentation, as well as delegated health and medical duties. The work is varied, and you will work both independently and with colleagues. Who Are You? To succeed in this role, you should have a genuine interest in care and support work and maintain a high level of service and professional conduct. We encourage individual autonomy through attentiveness and respect. It is important that you can build trusting relationships with people, demonstrate high flexibility, and collaborate effectively with others. Qualifications Care and support training is advantageous Experience working in care and support Strong Swedish language skills, both spoken and written Computer proficiency for documentation in operational and record systems Personal suitability is heavily weighted. Additional Information This is a permanent full-time position (100%) starting by agreement. Work is scheduled for weekends with 30 hours per week for a full-time position.
