Villa Frank is situated peacefully in a nature-close villa environment in Oskarshamn with proximity to the sea, central Oskarshamn, and thus all conceivable public services. The residence has 6 places where each resident has their own apartment with a full kitchen and bathroom. Additionally, there are common areas such as a kitchen/dining area and communal spaces. At the residence, support is tailored for those living here with the goal of enabling them to live as independently as possible with varied activities, occupations, and community engagement. Each resident is assigned a contact person who is responsible for planning, implementing, and following up on support for that resident. About the Role As an hourly substitute, you are an important part of the lives of those living at Villa Frank. You are a valuable resource to provide support when needed, during vacation time, sick leave, or when we need to go the extra mile for our residents. Our goal is to make each day better than the one before for the people we have the privilege of caring for. To achieve that, we need you! We are looking for someone who perhaps already has care and welfare education or equivalent, or is in ongoing training and wants to contribute meaningfully in extra work with us. Great weight is placed on personal suitability. We are seeking: - Hourly substitutes for vacancies and extra needs. - Working hours: day, evening, night, and weekends. - Start date: more or less immediately during spring 2026. - Great weight is placed on personal suitability. - Meriting: relevant education or ongoing relevant education (e.g., nursing assistant with or without psychiatric specialization, care assistant, carer, treatment pedagogue, social pedagogue, support pedagogue). - Meriting: experience from care and welfare work according to LSS. - Meriting: knowledge and experience of low-arousal approaches and clarifying pedagogy. - Meriting: B-class driver's license.
