You will be part of a work team with a unit manager, personnel planner, nursing assistants, care assistants and service staff. Together we conduct close team collaboration with nurses, physiotherapists, occupational therapists and district doctors. 2 position(s). Right now we are looking for two new colleagues for our team at Nyhem in Kristdala. Nyhem is a special residential facility where you and other staff implement approved care, health and service measures for individuals in accordance with the Social Services Act (SoL) and healthcare services under the Health and Medical Services Act (HSL). The work tasks are varied and may include personal care, activities, cleaning and food shopping. We are developing a way of working where everyday rehabilitation and activation for residents at Nyhem is a natural part of daily life. The role also includes being a contact person and preparing implementation plans. You will also administer medication according to delegation. Other healthcare tasks may also occur by delegation from the nurse. The values foundation in the Social Services Act is an important tool in our work team that characterizes everything we do on the job. Our starting point is always the individual and their well-being. For your information, there is a cat at the facility. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who are a trained nursing assistant, preferably with experience from similar work tasks. It is a merit if you have worked with dementia and/or psychiatry previously. As a person you are open, confident in yourself and have a professional appearance. You have analytical abilities and are positive. You have a good ability to see the bigger picture and each individual's conditions and needs. You are attentive, have good cooperation skills and are flexible with an easy ability to adapt to circumstances. You enjoy working in an environment with high pace and work satisfaction. Documentation is a recurring element via our data systems, so you need to be able to communicate well in speech and writing in Swedish. We also place great emphasis on personal suitability.
