Landskrona Fire and Rescue Service Seeks Firefighters for Combination Duty

The new recruitment is part of developing our operational capacity, both in peacetime and during heightened readiness, where we invest in skills development for our officers and firefighters and have new vehicles with the latest technology. In addition to traditional fire and rescue operations, the division "Public Safety and Security" also includes civil defense and crisis preparedness, and is part of the "City Executive Office." The office reports directly to the Municipal Board. The Fire and Rescue Service is the largest part of the division and will have 57 full-time employees after the recruitment. Of these, 52 people are involved in fire and rescue operations (the operational rescue team), consisting of 6 firefighters, one team leader, and one incident commander (who is also incident commander in Svalöv).
