HVB Väster is now looking for more hourly employees who want to be part of our committed and considerate team and work with young people in need of support, structure and safe adults. HVB Väster is a residential care facility with three places for girls aged 13-17 years. We offer 24-hour care with accommodation and daily care. The target group is girls with norm-breaking behavior, NPF diagnoses or behaviors similar to NPF symptoms. Each young person has a contact person who conducts structured conversations, but the entire work team shares responsibility for care and daily work. As a temporary employee with us, you work close to the young people in their everyday lives. The work tasks include, among other things: • Provide support and guidance in daily routines and ADL training • Create structure, security and predictability • Support in social interaction and activities • Work based on agreed work methods together with colleagues • Contribute to the young people's change process through a low-affective and relational approach This temporary position offers the opportunity to gain valuable experience in HVB and social work, continuous support from the team, and work where you can really make a difference. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who are secure in yourself and enjoy a role where relationships are central. You can handle stress in a constructive way and maintain calm and good conduct even in challenging situations. You are relationship-building, solution-oriented and have the ability to quickly find functional ways forward when problems arise. You are responsible and enjoy working together with others towards common goals. Competency requirements: • At least two years of post-secondary education in an adequate field • Good Swedish in speech and writing • Class B driving license for manual car It is meritorious to have previous work experience with similar work tasks, for example in HVB, LSS or other treatment activities.
