The clinic has four treatment rooms and a dedicated team consisting of two dentists, one dental hygienist, and two dental hygienists. We are now looking for a dental hygienist who primarily wants to work with reception and administration, but also support the clinic's daily operations. Responsibilities: Receive patients and be the clinic's first point of contact in a professional and friendly manner. Handle appointment scheduling, patient recall, and follow-up of patient visits. Actively work on booking patients and filling gaps in the schedule. Manage phone calls, emails, and other communication. Administrative tasks such as billing, payments, and patient record management. Assist dentists as needed, working in sterile conditions. We are looking for someone who: Has dental hygienist education and preferably experience in reception or administrative work within dental care, Is organized, thorough, and experienced in working with both people and numbers, Has good computer skills, preferably experience with the dental software Alma, Speaks and writes Swedish fluently, and has good English skills, Is customer-focused, flexible, and thrives in a varied role where collaboration is important.
