We are now looking for a Traffic Controller at DSV in Landskrona for JKS Sverige. About the role As a Traffic Controller at DSV, you are responsible for directing and planning transports and ensuring that daily operations run efficiently and with high quality. The role involves a high pace and many contact points where structure, service, and problem-solving are key to success. You work closely with both internal and external parties and become an important part in ensuring high delivery precision and good customer experience. Your responsibilities include: Plan and direct incoming and outgoing carriers Ensure optimal load planning and capacity Monitor deliveries and handle deviations Contact with drivers, carriers, and customers Issue freight documents and manage notifications Goods tracking and settlement Handle financial follow-up and credit checks Initiate repair and inspection of trailers Handle customs administration as needed Monitor and ensure that routines and processes are followed We are looking for someone who Has experience in transport, logistics, or traffic management Is organized and thrives in a high-paced work environment Has good problem-solving skills and can make quick decisions Is communicative and service-oriented Enjoys many contact points and collaboration Has good administrative skills and computer proficiency Speaks Swedish and English fluently in speech and writing Meritorious Experience from transport management or freight forwarding Knowledge of customs handling and transport documentation Experience with financial follow-up and invoice management We offer A varied and responsible role in an international company Opportunity to develop within transport and logistics An engaged team and a dynamic work environment A workplace where collaboration and quality are in focus We offer you The opportunity to work at JKS Sverige on an exciting assignment with our customer.
