We are now hiring a residential support worker for Lilla Anderbäcksvägen. We offer a developmental role where you make a difference! This is a position-based employment with the possibility of temporary work ahead of summer. About Lilla Anderbäcksvägen Lilla Anderbäcksvägen is a group home for adults within service user group 1 with diagnoses within the autism spectrum, neuropsychiatric, or intellectual disabilities. The residence consists of six apartments of 40 square meters, each with a separate bedroom and open floor plan with living room and fully equipped kitchen combined, as well as a bathroom with shower. All apartments have their own patio accessed through the patio door in the living room. In addition to the apartments, we have common areas consisting of a large recreation room, kitchen, laundry room, and patio and garden. Here you can socialize with your neighbors and staff, and if you prefer to be alone, there are spaces for that as well. In the common kitchen, shared dinners and coffee are prepared on weekends, and we celebrate most major holidays together with traditional food and extra festive atmosphere for those who wish to participate. About the Role As a residential support worker, you base your work on the residents' individual needs and wishes, providing support in daily life based on a pedagogical approach. Together with other staff members, you work toward the goal of making each day meaningful and enriching. You support and guide with personal care, meals, medication management, cleaning, community contacts, and communication. An important part of the work is to stimulate and motivate residents to develop their abilities and to create opportunities for an active and meaningful leisure time. Your tasks also include documenting and planning based on implementation plans. Working hours include daytime, evening shifts, weekends, and on-call nights. You will have a Coordinator nearby who dedicates part of their time to working in the facility. This could also be a future career opportunity for you. Your Experience and Knowledge You have a high school education in care and nursing or equivalent education. You have strong Swedish language skills in both speech and writing, good computer skills, and experience with documentation. It is a merit if you have experience working with this target group. Beyond that, your CV is not the most important thing. If you have the right qualities, we will support you and give you the opportunity to grow.
