Main Responsibilities • Provide individually tailored support in daily activities such as personal care, household chores, the service user's work at day activities (DV), and leisure activities. • Work pedagogically to promote independence, participation, and development. • Be a present and trusted adult in the service users' everyday life. • Document according to established routines and implementation plans. • Collaborate with family members, guardians, and other professionals. • Participate in training and meetings and contribute to the organization's quality improvement work.
