Z-Reklam is growing, and we now need additional support in our order receiving department. As a new team member with us, you'll have significant customer contact via phone and email. Your main responsibilities will include preparing quotes, writing orders, and coordinating workflow with colleagues. You'll also have overall responsibility for our freight operations and help out with production as needed. We're looking for someone who: ✅ Is interested in design and enjoys working with advertising products ✅ Is proficient in Adobe programs ✅ Is thorough and stress-resistant ✅ Is service-oriented and communicates well Much of our work comes from our resellers—advertising agencies and promotional companies throughout Sweden that we produce for. Often we're working with tight timelines and important deadlines, so you should be stress-resistant, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple tasks. You should also be a strong collaborator and able to communicate effectively with all kinds of people. Z-Reklam is an established advertising company in Falköping with customers across the country. Since 1990, we've helped companies with advertising in all its forms. Today we have 12 employees. We design and produce items such as signs, vehicle wraps, banners, large format prints, trade show materials, decals, flyers, and brochures, as well as sell clothing and promotional items that we print with company logos.
