We are now recruiting nurses for temporary hourly positions who can be available for daytime, evening, and night shifts, primarily during weeks 26-35. There is an opportunity to continue as a temporary hourly employee if you wish and we work well together. The work in Falköping Municipality's municipal primary healthcare is varied and you can move throughout the municipality during a work shift. We have close collaboration with units within our own organization as well as with other activities in the municipality and region. Who are we? The nursing unit is a large organization and you work alongside experienced registered nurses, district nurses, and specialist-trained nurses in psychiatry, dementia care, and elderly care. As an employer, we want to give you the opportunity to grow and develop in your professional role both through competency development and experience exchange between professions. We have several units distributed throughout Falköping Municipality. We have good collaboration between home healthcare districts, short-term care units, and our special residential facilities. Collaboration is important and we work in teams around our patients, for example with the palliative care team. Our goal is to care for patients in the right place based on their needs and wishes. Based on this, we care for patients at an advanced level, both in their own homes and in special residential facilities, which gives you as a nurse great breadth in your role. As a nurse in municipal primary healthcare in Falköping Municipality, you meet people at all stages of life - come and become part of our operation! What are we looking for in you? We are looking for someone who is a licensed nurse/specialist nurse, preferably with experience working in municipal primary healthcare. You are curious about new challenges, flexible in your work approach, and can work both independently and in a team. You have good collaboration skills and actively contribute to a good work environment. It is important that you feel secure in your role as a nurse as the work involves a lot of independent work with patients, with colleagues available by phone. You have good IT skills and can express yourself well in Swedish both verbally and in writing. We use the journal system Viva and the signing system Appva. We actively work to develop and improve our digital work tools to keep up with developments. A Class B driver's license is a requirement for this position. Information We will use continuous selection, which means interviews will be conducted during the application period. The position may involve work during day, evening, and night shifts.
