JOB DUTIES The work is based on a social perspective and a salutogenic approach. The individual's needs and life situation affect how the job duties look and should be performed. The work involves, among other things: - providing support and services based on granted assistance according to the Social Services Act. - actively participating in collaboration work according to the collaboration agreement, such as workplace meetings, etc. - participating in group meetings, scheduling meetings, etc. - collaborating with other professionals within and outside your own organization. - documenting in the activity system. - establishing and updating implementation plans together with the individual. - working according to the social services plan, which is the foundation for our daily work. We are seeking three nursing assistants, of which two are currently placed in the Lindås service area and one in the Esplanaden service area.
