We are now recruiting residential support workers for our team in Ingelstad for the summer. We offer a rewarding job where you can make a difference! These positions are summer temporary/hourly positions. About Ingelstad LSS Summer at our units in Ingelstad Ingelstad LSS provides LSS group housing for adults who belong to LSS target group 1, for example those with autism or intellectual disabilities. Our group homes are located on Rytterivägen, Nyborgsvägen, and Kavallerivägen and are operated on behalf of Växjö Municipality. At our group homes, residents live in their own apartment with the opportunity for community in a safe and family-like environment. Staff is on-site 24/7, year-round, and support is tailored to your needs, interests, and strengths. With us, self-determination, participation, and meaningful days are in focus – even during summer. About the Role As a residential support worker, you base your work on the residents' individual needs and wishes, providing support in daily life using a pedagogical approach. Together with other team members, you work toward making each day meaningful and fulfilling. You support and guide with, among other things, personal care, meals, medication management, cleaning, community contacts, and communication. An important part of the work is to stimulate and motivate residents to develop their abilities and create opportunities for an active and meaningful leisure time. Your tasks also include documenting and planning based on implementation plans. Working hours include daytime, evening, weekends, and sleeping on-call shifts. You will have a group manager nearby who spends part of their time working in the operation. Your Experience and Knowledge You have a high school education (or ongoing studies) in health and care or equivalent education. You have good Swedish language skills in both speech and writing, good computer skills, and documentation experience. It is advantageous if you have experience working with this target group.
