We are now seeking a substitute store manager who takes full responsibility for the store's daily operations during the season (with opportunity for extension). You will lead an engaged team, manage inventory flows and orders — and ensure that every customer leaves satisfied. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES — Leadership & Personnel Scheduling, guidance, and team spirit — Orders & Inventory Flow Ensure the right products arrive at the right time — Sales & Profitability Monitor figures and targets — Customer Interactions You are the face of the store — Routines & Order Opening, closing, hygiene, and daily operations — Checkout & Store Floor You are an active part of daily operations — on the floor and at the register, not just behind a desk WHO ARE YOU? We are looking for someone with experience as a store manager, or someone who feels ready to take on the store manager role in grocery retail — and is prepared to take full responsibility from day one. You have at least 3 years of experience in grocery retail and thrive in a fast-paced environment You are comfortable with ordering procedures and can manage inventory flows independently You prioritize the customer and radiate positive energy You are solution-oriented and make quick decisions when needed You are a team player who motivates your colleagues — even during the season's toughest days Interest in outdoor activities and mountain environments is a plus FORMAL REQUIREMENTS Minimum 3 years of experience in grocery retail Documented experience Fluent Swedish in speech and writing Ability to start immediately and work the entire season (opportunity for extension)
