About the Position: As a hotel housekeeper with us, you play an important role in creating a clean and welcoming environment for our guests. You're responsible for cleaning hotel rooms and common areas to a high standard and ensuring our guests feel comfortable during their stay. Are you an experienced work supervisor with a passion for working on complex projects? We are now seeking driven work supervisors for an exciting large-scale project! Responsibilities: Assist the Site Manager in ongoing work and follow up on the project in all parts of the production process: startup, implementation, and completion. Ensure projects are executed according to customer expectations regarding technical execution, quality, environment, occupational health and safety, laws, and agreements. Drive occupational health and safety matters at the work sites in accordance with the company's goals and action plans. Participate in the establishment of schedules and monitor these. Assist with work planning together with project personnel. Approve timesheets for your own staff. Contribute to ensuring that cost estimates and bids comply with the decision-making process and profitability targets. Prepare production budgets, review invoices and financial statements. Responsible for financial reconciliation of projects together with the Site Manager. Participate in bidding and business closures, project reviews, building meetings, and closing meetings with the customer. Optimally allocate resources within projects and assignments. Participate in project closure according to applicable procedures and share lessons learned within the site organization. Qualifications: Multiple years of experience as a work supervisor in civil engineering and construction. Post-secondary education of at least two years is a merit. Strong knowledge of engineering, production, and production economics. Experience with personnel responsibility and managing construction operations. Knowledge of the entire contracting process in civil engineering and construction projects. Knowledge of IT tools. Swedish and English, spoken and written. Category B driver's license.
