Head Waiter – First-Class Service in a Historic Setting

About the Role As our head waiter, you are a key person in the restaurant and an essential part of the guest experience. You lead the service, create confidence within the team, and ensure that every guest feels personally welcomed. If you are a sommelier or have a strong interest in wine, there is an opportunity to work with and develop our extensive wine cellar and beverage offerings, as well as host wine and beverage tastings for our guests – but this is not a requirement for the position.
