Quality Manager at Ljusgårda - Supernormal Greens
Would you like to work close to production and actively shape how quality actually functions in daily operations? At Ljusgårda - Supernormal Greens, we're seeking a Quality Manager who wants to work practically, with a business-focused mindset, and collaboratively in a rapidly developing organization that looks toward the future.
Ljusgårda is entering a new phase with a focus on ingredient and raw material manufacturing, which means you'll get to build quality in a new market from the ground up. Here you'll have the opportunity to implement certifications, establish structures, and create sustainable compliance that actually works in practice, not just on paper.
This role therefore requires experience with quality in an ingredient/active substance environment, ideally from a CDMO or similar customer/supplier-driven quality management setting. Here, quality gets the attention it deserves, while you help shape the company's next step forward.
YOUR DAILY WORK
As Quality Manager, you'll be in the thick of production, close to both colleagues and processes, ensuring that quality is built into daily operations, not just controlled afterward. You work practically, with a business-focused approach, and in close collaboration with both production and R&D.
You lead a team of three employees and play an important role in creating structure, clarity, and engagement around quality work. You're involved in everything from day-to-day management to strategic improvements, and you ensure that the operation follows standards and regulations in a way that creates real value.
You actively contribute to improving yield, reducing waste, and optimizing processes – with the goal that quality enables business growth.
Examples of what you do daily:
• Ensure GMP, GLP, and traceability in practice
• Manage batch logic and release (batch records, sampling, CoA, hold/disposition)
• Drive deviation → RCA → CAPA → effectiveness verification and change control
• Operational Excellence, such as TQM, TPM, Six Sigma, Lean
• Work with supplier quality and outsourcing, including quality agreements and audit readiness
• Monitor quality-related KPIs and drive improvement initiatives
• Actively participate in daily management and process control
• Work closely with R&D on product introductions, testing, and scale-up
• Lead and develop your team in daily quality work
• Contribute to a culture where quality and safety permeate the entire organization
WHO ARE YOU?
You're a curious, grounded, and confident person who enjoys working close to production and likes to collaborate. You see quality as a business enabler, not as an obstacle.
To succeed in this role, we see that you have:
• Experience from ingredients, nutraceuticals, cosmetics, or pharma-adjacent operations
• Experience from a CDMO environment or as a customer/client who sets requirements and audits suppliers
• A solid understanding of GMP, GLP, batch logic, and quality management in manufacturing
• Experience leading and developing employees
As a person, you:
• Are confident in your role and willing to make decisions
• Understand the connection between quality, yield, and profitability
• Like structure but focus on what creates real value
• Enjoy collaborating with production, R&D, and external partners
Above all, you want to build something new, make a real impact, and put quality at the center as Ljusgårda - Supernormal Greens takes its next step into a new market.
