Fiber Technician

WE ARE RECRUITING! We are now looking for a new colleague who wants to work primarily in fiber. Inlandets El & Entreprenad AB is a local company in central Storuman with approximately 20 employees. We work with fiber, electrical power, electrical installations, solar panel systems, excavation and groundwork. We are now looking for you who want to be part of building the society of the future with us! About the position: We are primarily looking for a fiber technician, but it is also a great advantage if you have experience in other work areas that we operate in. Experience with fiber splicing is a merit but not a requirement - the right personality and willingness to learn carry significant weight with us. The work consists of, among other things: NOD work Splicing of ODFs and splice boxes House installations Fiber line installations Troubleshooting and service work OTDR measurements We work mostly in city networks. The work takes place both outdoors and indoors where we try to schedule work according to weather. We work throughout the entire Storuman municipality which involves some driving, there may also be jobs at other locations where you stay away during the weeks but mostly the work operates from Storuman.
