Rental Sales Agent at Sixt Arlanda, Full-Time

Your Role As a rental agent, you will manage our customers' rental car experience from start to finish, from booking and pickup to return, as well as handle follow-ups and incoming inquiries. We work on a rotating schedule where you work daytime certain weeks and evening shifts other weeks. Your Responsibilities Customer meetings over the counter, by phone, and by email. Actively work with needs analysis and upselling of SIXT products. Risk assessment. Establish and nurture customer relationships. About You Trustworthy. Natural service mindset. Results-oriented. Responsible. Ability to handle challenging situations with a calm and positive attitude. You Have Good English language skills, both spoken and written. B driver's license for at least 1 year. Good computer skills. Ability to work both day and evening shifts. Working Hours At Sixt Arlanda, you work on a rotating 7-week schedule where you alternate weekly between 07:00-15:30, 11:30-20:00, and 15:30-24:00. You work approximately every other weekend. Sixt remains family-owned by the Sixt family and is today run by Alexander and Konstantin Sixt, the two sons of Erik and Regine Sixt. In Sweden, Sixt operates as a franchise and is present in most major cities, airports, and train stations with approximately 120 rental locations from Kiruna in the north to Malmö in the south, and we continue to expand with new offices. Our business idea is to provide our customers with mobility solutions from 1 day up to 3 years.
