Residential Support Worker

Residential Support Worker, Full-Time at Rilancio AB in Sala Rilancio AB accepts protective placements and is now seeking a dedicated residential support worker to work with clients living in their own homes. As a residential support worker, you will support clients in their daily lives with the goal of strengthening their independence and improving their quality of life. Our clients are in vulnerable life situations and often have additional challenges such as addiction, mental health issues, or psychiatric diagnoses. Responsibilities: - Provide support with daily tasks such as shopping, cleaning, and cooking - Social skills training - Support clients in leisure activities - Motivate and guide clients in developing independence - Work according to established work plans - Document completed interventions through case notes - Collaborate with the residential support supervisor and other relevant contacts The work involves close, relationship-building interactions where you contribute to structure, security, and development in the client's daily life. Working Hours: The position is full-time (100%). Evening and weekend shifts may occur depending on operational needs. Schedule is planned in consultation with the residential support supervisor. Qualifications: - Education as a treatment assistant, social pedagogue, or equivalent training - B-level driver's license is required Meritorious: - Experience working with this target group - Training in MI, CBT, or equivalent Personal Qualities: - Strong ability to create and maintain relationships with people in vulnerable situations - Genuine interest in working with people - Ability to adapt your approach based on individual needs - Responsible, flexible, and responsive - Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Employment Terms: - Employment degree: 100% - Location: Sala - On-call telephone duty: Approximately one week per month - Start date: By agreement - Salary: By agreement - Routine request for criminal record clearance Application: Interviews are ongoing, so please send your application as soon as possible to [email protected].
