Description of the Operation The Health and Medical Care Unit consists of nurses, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists. We work with patients aged 18 and older who need health and medical care at primary care level in their homes, both in special and ordinary housing. Your Assignment You will assess and treat patients' activity and functional abilities. Common work tasks include ADL assessment/training and prescription of assistive devices. You are also responsible for guidance, advice, support, and information in individual patient matters, other staff groups, and relatives together with the rest of the team.
