This is a permanent position at 95%. Work is scheduled during daytime, evenings, nights, and weekends. Salary is subject to agreement and other compensation follows the collective agreement. For this position, you must have: A degree in social work, social pedagogy, treatment pedagogy, or other equivalent post-secondary education as determined by the employer. At least 2 years of experience in change/development work Strong ability to interact with adults and children Good Swedish language skills, both verbal and written Strong IT skills as documentation is extensive, and the ability to write detailed case notes A valid B-class driver's license Strong ability to work independently and maintain emotional composure It is an advantage if you have competence or experience in any of the following: MI, Connect, Sign of Safety, BBIC, CBT, FFT, iriSk, ÅP, parental support, conflict management, intimate partner violence, neurodevelopmental disorders, Patriark, Sarah, substance abuse and addiction, KASAM, Komet, safety circles. About Us Humlan's HVB is a residential facility for parents with children up to 16 years old and pregnant women. You can come to us if there is a need for more intensive family treatment or assessment of parenting capacity. We work with issues related to care, attachment, violence, addictions, trauma, or neuropsychiatric difficulties. We work for each family's security, where every child should have the best conditions to grow up in a safe, stable, and caring environment. About the Role The work involves meeting parents and children often in crisis and/or with a difficult life situation. It is of great importance that you yourself can see possibilities, convey hope, and meet people in a respectful and secure way. Your main tasks include: Practical everyday support for both parents and children Participation in assessment and/or treatment work Documentation Treatment and assessment planning based on care plans and implementation plans We work with evidence-based methods, primarily clarifying pedagogy. This position is a summer or hourly substitute contract. Work takes place during daytime, evening, night, and weekends; 24-hour work with sleeping on-call can occur.
