WORK DUTIES Your Assignment Do you want to lead the development of a vital power grid and help shape the energy infrastructure of the future? As Grid Operations Manager, you are responsible for leading, developing and future-proofing our power grid operations. You have personnel, budget and operational responsibility for a department with 14 committed employees and are responsible for operations, maintenance, investments, emergency preparedness and long-term network development. You are part of the company's management team, report to the CEO and have an important role in developing both the power grid operations and Nybro Energi as a whole. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who • Have relevant education in electrical engineering or equivalent competence • Have experience with power grid operations and good understanding of grid operations • Have several years of experience with leadership including personnel and budget responsibility • Have good financial understanding and a strategic perspective • Thrive in an operation where social benefit, delivery reliability and development are in focus Who are you?
