Restaurant Manager at Engsholm Castle Operational leadership role in a unique castle environment Engsholm Castle is seeking an operational and engaged Restaurant Manager who wants to lead, develop, and manage our restaurant in a historic and vibrant castle setting. About the role: As Restaurant Manager, you have overall responsibility for the daily operational management of the restaurant business across the entire facility – the Castle, the Strand Atelier, the Pavilion, the Park. The role is broad, varied, and hands-on, where you lead by being actively involved in the operations. The business varies throughout the year: conferences on weekdays, private castle weekends and weddings on weekends, events, Christmas dinners, afternoon tea, and more. The castle is your workplace – with many halls and environments that require both structure, care, and creativity.
