Now we're looking for you who wants to be part of creating world-class service experiences with every visit. As a restaurant assistant at MAX, you're a key person in our daily operations. Together with your colleagues, you make sure our guests receive the best possible treatment and that the restaurant always delivers at the highest level. Both in terms of quality, pace, and service. You work in a team and have varying tasks: you serve guests, keep the restaurant clean and tidy, work in the kitchen making burgers and fries, and manage the register to ensure guests receive what they ordered. So during your first days, you'll learn the job step by step from your restaurant manager or an experienced colleague, and through our learning platform MAX Academy via digital training.
