If you are interested in a position in the Investigation team, which begins after the initial assessment has been made, your work will include: • Investigating children's needs and parents' abilities. • Following up on assistance decisions. • Collaborating with schools, police, BUP, and other parties involved with the child. • Tailoring solutions for families. In our Placement team, which begins after an investigation is completed, you advocate for the child's interests and needs, ensure the child has meaningful contact with their parents, and that the child participates in their own care. You work toward reunification, parent involvement in care, and enabling them to receive appropriate support.
