SiS LVM-home Hessleby, located in a beautiful forest setting just outside Mariannelund, serves men with alcohol, drug, or mixed substance abuse problems. We have special expertise in receiving clients with mental health issues or acting-out behavior. We are tasked with providing care for clients with special care needs. Duties As a nurse with us, you work closely with both clients and colleagues from multiple professions. You are part of our health and nursing team along with nurses, a psychologist, and a doctor. Your role includes, among other things: Assessing clients' physical and mental health Responsibility for medication management and participating in rounds Contributing to treatment planning and team meetings Supporting treatment staff on health and nursing matters Documenting, coordinating care interventions, and conducting health conversations As a new employee, you will participate in SiS basic training Qualifications We are looking for someone who Is a licensed nurse Has strong ability to prioritize and work independently Enjoys collaborating with different professions Has good communication skills and interacts respectfully Holds a B-class driver's license and speaks and writes Swedish well Experience in addiction care, psychiatry, or the TakeCare journal system is a plus.
