Truck Driver Kil RESPONSIBILITIES
As a truck driver at S:t Eriks, you play a central role in the factory's daily operations and are responsible for efficiently handling materials from production to warehouse and out to customers. The work consists mainly of loading and unloading trucks, where you ensure that goods are handled safely, systematically, and correctly.
The role is varied and fast-paced, especially during periods of high demand, and you are expected to work independently while maintaining close collaboration with colleagues in production, warehouse, and delivery. Through good planning, organization, and an active safety mindset, you contribute to ensuring deliveries are made on time and with the right quality.
PERSONAL QUALITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS
To thrive and succeed in this role, we are looking for an experienced truck driver who is comfortable operating a counterbalance truck and loading and unloading trucks. You have a good understanding of workplace environment and safety issues and feel confident working at a high pace where priorities sometimes need to be made quickly.
The position involves significant personal responsibility and requires you to be independent, thorough, and take initiative in your work. At the same time, we value a strong work ethic and good collaborative skills, as you will be an important part of a small team where everyone contributes to the whole. We also believe you have:
Truck license
Experience with loading and unloading
Class B driver's license
Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
It is a merit if you have qualifications for a wheel loader (C2) and experience working with WMS systems.
