As a part-owner, you will be responsible for the daily operations of the clinic. To support you, Praktikertjänst has a network of specialists in various areas, such as security, legal, HR, facilities, administration, finance, IT and telecommunications, quality, communications, procurement, pension, and environment. As part of the role, you are responsible for the clinic's financial results, which means you will create a budget and be accountable for the financial outcome.
Responsibilities
You lead and allocate work for staff
You work clinically as a dentist
Staff management, goal-setting and development discussions, and salary reviews
Recruitment as needed
Ensure that staff has sufficient knowledge and work with competency development
Responsibility for the work environment
Qualifications
Licensed dentist
3-5 years of professional work experience
Strong knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written
