CPQ Implementation & Application Specialist

For our customer Troax, we are recruiting Do you want to play a key role in how our business configures, prices, and sells complex products? We are now looking for a CPQ Implementation & Application Specialist who wants to take full responsibility for our CPQ solution – from implementation and configuration to daily support and long-term management. About the role As a CPQ Implementation & Application Specialist, you will act as our practical expert in CPQ. You will ensure a stable and efficient solution that supports the business's needs and strategic goals. The role involves close collaboration with both IT and the business and is central to creating smooth and reliable sales and quote processes. Your main areas of responsibility Configure product rules, pricing logic, and layout and print templates in the CPQ tool Translate business requirements into technical configurations and workflows in close dialogue with stakeholders Implement new features and improvements based on needs from sales, IT, operations, and other functions Plan and conduct system testing, quality assurance, and troubleshooting during implementation and after production deployment Provide first-line support to CPQ users, including incident management and guidance in daily work Serve as the primary point of contact for CPQ-related support issues and escalate to vendors or internal specialists as needed Work closely with the CPQ team and CPQ Project Manager to prioritize and drive improvement initiatives Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure the solution aligns with business processes Document configurations, processes, and support workflows and conduct training for users and key personnel Support and monitor integrations with ERP, CRM, and other business systems to ensure stable and reliable data flows We are looking for someone with Deep understanding of CPQ platforms and configuration logic Experience with system testing, quality assurance, and application support Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business-oriented stakeholders An analytical, solution-oriented, and service-focused approach Meritorious experience Previous work with CPQ implementation, application management, or application support Experience with integrations to ERP and CRM systems in complex IT environments Knowledge of the manufacturing industry and/or B2B sales processes Does this sound like you?
