WORK RESPONSIBILITIES
As a property manager, you are responsible for establishing, administering, and monitoring lease and occupancy agreements, and ensuring they comply with applicable legislation and internal guidelines. The role also includes managing contract changes, extensions, and terminations.
You are responsible for budget monitoring within your property area by analyzing cost performance and forecasts, and identifying and proposing measures for any deviations. You also participate in budget and operational planning to create conditions for sustainable long-term property management.
You develop and update maintenance plans for the property portfolio and coordinate and monitor maintenance and operations. The work is characterized by a long-term perspective where sustainability, functionality, and cost-effectiveness are in focus.
You also participate in procurements according to the Public Procurement Act (LOU), where you assist in developing tender documentation, evaluating bids, and monitoring contracts and work. In this work, you ensure that suppliers and contractors meet agreed requirements and quality levels.
The role involves close collaboration with operations, where you participate in coordination groups and serve as support on property-related matters. Through ongoing dialogue with tenants, operations representatives, and internal functions, you contribute to developing work methods, routines, and solutions that support operational needs.
QUALIFICATIONS
Relevant post-secondary education in property management, engineering, economics, or another area that the employer deems equivalent. Alternatively, you have acquired equivalent competence through work experience that the employer deems equivalent.
Experience in property management and budget work.
Good knowledge of rental law and contract matters.
Experience with procurement work under the Public Procurement Act (LOU) is a merit.
Good administrative skills and experience working with digital systems.
Structured and self-driven.
Good collaboration and communication skills.
Responsible and solution-oriented.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple parallel tasks.
The position involves many contact points and requires professional conduct and the ability to build good relationships both internally and externally.
Employment Type: Fixed-term employment.
Duration: Start date: 2026-08-03 By agreement.
