Customer Service Representative - Westra Wermlands Sparbank Eda As a customer service representative, you are often the customer's first contact with the bank – and thus a key player in creating a positive customer experience from the start. Together we help each other to jointly solve all of the customer's needs.
Your main responsibilities as a Customer Service Representative include:
Receive and assist customers who visit any of our three offices
You will work at all three offices according to schedule
Staff our customer service via phone and our digital channels
Answer questions about the bank's services and products
You actively sell the bank's products and services based on the customer's needs
You call customers and book them in for consultations with your colleagues.

Scope: Full-time (38.5 hours/week)

You report to Office Manager Ludvig Furtemark.

You are communicative and enjoy explaining things in a clear and pedagogical way.
Requirements:
You have experience in service and/or sales
You have completed upper secondary education. It is an advantage if you have completed higher education or university education in economics or equivalent.
You have a Class B driver's license to be able to travel between our offices
