WORK DUTIES As a nurse in the evening shift of home care services, you'll have a stimulating and varied role where you, together with a colleague, are responsible for the municipality's home care Monday through Thursday evenings. The work involves close contact with primarily elderly patients with multiple conditions, but also people with disabilities and others who need medical care. This is a role where you truly get to use your expertise and where your professional judgment makes a concrete difference in patients' safety and well-being. You plan and prioritize your work based on patients' needs and situations, while always having the support of a close-knit and helpful team. You document directly in the field via Treserva and use medication dispensers, PNA, and digital signing lists to create efficient and quality-assured workflows. This allows you to spend more time with patients and less on administration. The role includes medical assessments, planned interventions, and consultative support to nursing staff. You also play an important role in collaboration with primary care and the region, contributing to creating a cohesive and secure care pathway for patients. QUALIFICATIONS We're looking for a licensed nurse who preferably has experience in municipal home care, dementia, diabetes, psychiatry, and palliative care. If you've also worked with Treserva, we consider that valuable experience. To thrive in the role, you need to be confident in your medical assessments and able to work independently, while having a natural ability to build good relationships and meet both patients and colleagues with attentiveness and professionalism. You're accustomed to working closely with other professionals and appreciate a working approach where dialogue and shared responsibility are central. We're also looking for someone who is development-oriented and curious about new working methods. The position requires good computer skills, very good knowledge of Swedish language in both speech and writing, and a B-category driver's license. Great importance will be placed on personal suitability, as the role involves responsibility, independence, and close collaboration with many different stakeholders. We are now seeking a school nurse for Kviingeskolan and Västerskolan. In this role, you will work closely with the student health services manager for medical interventions. As a school nurse, you work to promote health and prevent illness at the organizational, group, and individual levels, and contribute to creating environments where students can develop, feel good, and succeed in their learning. 1 position(s).
