Ramen Chef Needed for New Restaurant Opening

🍜 We are looking for a passionate ramen chef for our soon-to-open restaurant! Are you a meticulous and driven chef who loves Japanese cuisine and wants to be part of something new from the start? About Us We are opening a modern ramen restaurant soon, focused on authentic flavors, craftsmanship, and high quality. The experience is at the center of everything we do – from broth and noodles to toppings and service. We are building a kitchen team with ambition, where you will help develop both work routines and the menu. About the Position We are now looking for a chef with experience in ramen or Japanese cuisine to strengthen our kitchen team before and after opening. You will work with everything from prep and mise en place to service, with a special focus on ramen components such as broth, tare, oils, and toppings. Your responsibilities will include: Preparing ramen and other Japanese dishes according to recipes and quality standards Preparation: broth cooking, tare, oils, meat/toppings, vegetables, etc. Mise en place and efficient management during service Raw material handling, quality assurance, and waste control Maintaining order, hygiene, and routines according to self-inspection standards Contributing ideas and improvements to the menu and work methods We Are Looking for You If You: Have experience working as a chef (preferably Japanese cuisine/ramen, but not required if you're the right person) Are quick, organized, and thorough Thrive in a fast-paced environment and take responsibility for your station Have good teamwork skills and a positive attitude Speak Swedish or English We Offer: A secure employment at a restaurant opening with high ambitions The opportunity to be part of the start and influence the setup and menu Good team spirit and order in the kitchen Salary by agreement Full-time (part-time can be discussed for the right person) 📍 Workplace: (Brandbergen) 📅 Start Date: by agreement Application: Send a brief introduction + CV to [email protected].
