We are now seeking an engaged hourly substitute for our montessori preschool who can work as needed. With us you will meet an operation where children's curiosity, independence, and desire to learn are at the center. We work based on Montessori pedagogy and place great emphasis on creating a calm, respectful, and stimulating environment for each child. The preschool consists of two departments: 1–3 years: 8 children and 2 educators 3–6 years: 18 children and 3 educators Responsibilities: Participate in the daily work with the child group Support children in their development and learning Contribute to a safe and positive environment Collaborate with regular staff Maintain positive and professional cooperation with guardians We are looking for you who: has a genuine interest in working with children are confident, responsible, and flexible have good collaboration skills can work on short notice experience from preschool or Montessori pedagogy is a merit About the position: Hourly employment (as needed) Working hours vary based on need Start by agreement Salary: Hourly rate by agreement Why work with us?
