About the Position Meliva Health Center Bagarmossen is a well-functioning health center with broad primary care operations. Here, doctors, nurses, district nurses, nursing assistants, and psychologists work closely together to meet our patients' needs in the best way possible. Our daily work is characterized by collegial support, continuous development, and high patient safety. As a nurse with us, you work with standard tasks within basic home care. The work includes both acute and planned visits as well as collaboration with the clinic as needed. Work tasks may include: Assessment and counseling via phone, chat, and home visits. Responsibility for your own home care group. Wound care, vaccinations, lifestyle counseling, and chronic disease coordination. Collaboration with other professionals within the team for comprehensive care. Active participation in quality and improvement work.
