Kitchen Assistant

Charlottendals catering is looking for a kitchen assistant for varied tasks in our production kitchen. Charlottendals catering produces and delivers meals to preschools and schools in Stockholm County. We have our production kitchen in Bagarmossen, where the work takes place and deliveries originate from. We deliver meals daily to approximately 30 preschools totaling about 1800 portions. Our focus is to deliver good, varied, and healthy meals to our customers. Who are we looking for? - You are responsible, efficient, thorough, and eager to learn. - You have good teamwork skills and can take instructions. - You are punctual. - You can speak and write Swedish fluently. Job Duties The work consists of varied tasks related to our kitchen. Preparations, some cooking according to instructions, cleaning, packing, and helping the kitchen team in daily production are part of the responsibilities. For the right person, there are good opportunities to grow into a more cooking-focused role and eventually develop into an assistant chef with us. Merits: Experience from a kitchen, restaurant, large-scale kitchen, catering, or food production. It is also a merit if you are used to a fast pace, hygiene routines, and working in a structured manner. Your working hours may vary. The workday typically starts around 9:00 AM.
