About the Role In your role as a nursing assistant, you work closely with residents, relatives, managers, and other care staff. You and your colleagues plan the workday based on the residents' individual needs and wishes. Creating a sense of home and a meaningful daily life for those who live with us are important parts of the work. We focus on person-centered care, activities, care meals, and contact person responsibilities. The position is in a somatic unit at approximately 80%. Who Are You?
