Here you'll have a job where presence, care, and personal connection mean everything. The woman lives with significant mobility limitations, epilepsy, and does not communicate verbally. This means you need to be attentive, receptive, and curious about other ways of communicating. Over time, you'll learn her expressions, habits, and needs – and that's where the real difference is made. This is a job for someone who appreciates a slower pace and understands the value of being present, in both big and small ways. Some days involve activities and daily tasks, others involve creating safety, structure, and a good day based on her circumstances. You don't need to know everything from the start. There are assistive devices, clear routines, and a well-planned introduction. In some work shifts, you'll work together with a colleague in double assistance. We believe you are a person who: Is secure, warm, and responsible. Has patience and the ability to see the person behind the disability. Has a driver's license and access to a car, since the workplace is in a rural location. Work hours are scheduled for days, evenings, and every other weekend. Information about the workplace Coastal Health Center operates in the western part of Kungälv Municipality; Ytterby, Kärna, and Marstrand, with approximately 19,800 registered patients. We are a private health center under Praktikertjänst AB. Family House Klippan is a clinic specialized in children's and adolescents' mental health, UPH. The operation is an additional assignment within the healthcare choice program for Kungälv Municipality as well as surrounding municipalities. It is an open clinic with a special mission to care for children and young people ages 6-18 years with mental health challenges. The operation consists of several psychologists and social workers, and when needed, additional resources at the health center such as occupational therapist, physical therapist, and physician. The main focus is short-term treatment interventions, individual, group-based, or internet-based. The aim is to strengthen care for children and young people with mild to moderate mental health challenges and through consultation and supervision to support health centers in the surrounding area. We work in an integrated manner together with Kungälv Municipality. Family House Klippan is a collaboration between Coastal Health Center, Västra Götaland Region, and Kungälv Municipality.
