About the Facility Bolmörtsgränd in Ystad is centrally located and is a child and youth residential facility under LSS § 9:8. The facility has five places and serves children and young people ages 13-18 who, for various reasons, need residential care outside their parental homes. The facility has specialized expertise in communication and serves children and young people with combined functional disabilities. Your Responsibilities As Unit Manager, you are responsible for the daily operations, development, and quality of the facility. You are responsible for finances, personnel, and work environment at the unit and actively work to create a safe, well-functioning, and developmental facility for both residents and staff. You are part of the area's management team together with other unit managers, an HR partner, and a regional manager.
