Over the years, we have become one of the largest manufacturers of rigid inflatable boats on the Scandinavian market. We develop, design, and produce our own boats – which means we know our boats inside and out. Our boats are used for both recreational and professional purposes. At our facilities in Uddevalla, Gränna, and Stockholm, we currently employ 11 full-time staff. We are authorized service centers and distributors of Mercury and Tohatsu. Greatwhite is with you every step of the way, from launch to retrieval and winter storage. Job Description We are looking for a structured and customer-focused individual who will work with administration, sales, and customer contact in daily operations. • Administer and manage customer orders, inventory, purchasing, warranty registrations, advertising, etc. • Set up and manage articles in our business system • Receive and assist visiting customers • Handle customer inquiries via customer service portal, email, and phone • Support the sales efforts and contribute to excellent customer service • Perform other administrative tasks as they arise in the business • Assist with unloading incoming goods Qualifications • B-level driver's license (mandatory) • Experience with administrative work • Experience in customer service and/or sales • Good computer skills and experience working in various systems • Strong Swedish language skills, both spoken and written • Good English language skills • Ability to work in a structured manner and manage multiple tasks simultaneously The following qualifications are meritorious. • Experience with administrative work • Experience with Google Ads or digital marketing • Experience with business systems • Previous inside sales experience Does This Sound Interesting? Inside Sales / Customer Service (3 positions)
We will be strengthening our team with three (3) inside sales/customer service representatives with a focus on B2B. Your role as an inside sales representative with us involves creating sustainable and positive relationships with both new and existing customers. You will work using both phone and email and will be part of one of our professional teams. With us, you'll enjoy a pleasant and fun workplace at our fresh office in central Uddevalla where we currently have around 25 employees.
