You independently manage budget, schedule, and technical matters within the projects you lead. Your main responsibilities: Procurement of construction and site contracts Monitoring of construction contracts Review of construction documents Prepare tender documentation Procurement and negotiations with contractors Presentation of project proposals to the board Establish, monitor, and take responsibility for project budgets Authority contacts Customer and supplier relations Schedule and cost control Quality and environmental management You ensure that the client's responsibilities are met in the projects and are responsible for monitoring contractor and consultant services in the projects you lead. You also participate in the follow-up of completed projects and during the warranty period. You are responsible for ensuring that projects, throughout all phases, integrate and meet established sustainability and environmental requirements, such as Miljöbyggnad, applicable environmental legislation, and relevant governing documents. You drive sustainability matters in the early stages and follow up on project performance in areas such as energy, material selection, indoor environment, and climate impact.
