In your role as a technical sales representative, you will have a clear focus on engaging with architects, consultants, construction contractors, and other stakeholders in the specification phase, with the goal of having BOA's products and solutions selected in the early stages of projects. Beyond external sales, you will also be an important internal resource by contributing your technical knowledge to work related to product portfolio development, product evaluations, and technical consulting. In this role you will work with: Develop and maintain relationships with architects, consultants, building owners, and other specifiers Proactively schedule and conduct product presentations as well as participate in trade shows and industry events Drive specification work and establish early positioning in projects Participate in project meetings and customer visits and deliver technical presentations Prepare technical documentation and solution proposals for projects Serve as technical support internally and contribute to portfolio and product development Participate in evaluation and testing of new products and suppliers and provide feedback from the market To succeed in this role you have: Relevant technical education, such as building engineer, engineering degree, or equivalent experience Good understanding of the construction process and project workflows (design → procurement → execution) Ability to read and understand technical documentation/drawings and translate that into product selections Valid driver's license (Class B) Swedish and English, spoken and written This role is ideal for you if you are social and proactive, enjoy building relationships, and want to work closely with technology and products.
