Alternatively, you may have post-secondary education in one of our fields of operation. You should feel confident in your role and have at least 3 years of experience working with this target group. You should feel confident handling challenging behavior. If you have knowledge in one or more of our activities, such as handicrafts, fitness, data/media, gaming, art, or music, that is a great asset. It is a merit if you have experience working in elderly care and/or have pedagogical education and education in communication, for example TAKK. An important part of your work is maintaining social documentation. Therefore, it is necessary that you have a strong command of Swedish, both spoken and written. Unit Manager for Group Home, LSS Category 2 Do you want to lead with heart, structure, and clear values? Individkraft is now hiring a Unit Manager/Facility Director for our newly opened group home under the LSS Act for Category 2 in Örsundsbro. The facility is operational but still in its startup phase. This means you'll have a central role in stabilizing, developing, and shaping work methods, culture, and quality. Here you'll combine operational leadership with long-term development work. You'll be a key person in a small, close-knit operation where short decision-making paths, involvement, and care characterize daily life. About the Position As Unit Manager/Facility Director, you're responsible for leading, developing, and ensuring quality in the operation—both in daily work and over time. Since the operation is still in its startup phase, you'll have great opportunities to influence structure, procedures, and work methods. Elevator Demolition
We primarily perform demolition work, specifically elevator demolition, scaffolding dismantling, painting work, and more in the Mälardalen region. We also demolish elevators throughout the rest of Sweden, and in those cases you may need to stay away from home for a couple of days. A requirement we have is a B-class driver's license, and you should be prepared for physically demanding work. It is also important that you are not afraid of heights. It is meriting if you have a hot work certificate, experience and/or training as a scaffolder, a forklift license, and other experience in the construction industry. In our work we meet all our customers and handle information, etc., where Swedish is the working language. We welcome your application!
